Meeting of November 25, 2019 of the Historic Havre de Grace Foundation was held at 226 North Union Avenue

Report from treasurer Jim Nemeth about 990EZ form and status with Maryland – exemption from taxes forms

Darlene Perry will draft 3 letters for the foundation to issue : 1} a letter for tax purposes for members 2} a letter to acknowledge monetary donations to the foundation 3} a letter to acknowledge object donations to the foundation

Tabitha B will work upon designing a membership card. Carol Nemeth and Darlene will work upon a “letter of membership to the foundation”.

Membership brochures have been produced and were distributed. Stored at Ron Browning’s.
